Before you even get inside the door, the outside is attention-grabbing and presents a serene, welcoming aesthetic. In fact, it's how we found the office since we pass it often on our drive home.  I have now had multiple appointments and procedures here and from the very first to the most recent visit, I felt completely taken care of and that I mattered not just as a patient, but as a human. My partner has also been to the office and had an equally amazing experience. Scheduling my first visit (and each one after!) was smooth and pleasant. I gave Kim at the front desk my completed initial paperwork printed from their website and was in the chair without delay. She's also been able to help by calling to offer sooner timeslots that free up when other patients cancel, which is so appreciated!  Dr. Joyce is kind and efficient, and in several visits has never made me feel like I had any less than her full undivided attention, as if I was the only patient in the office (and I have not been!).
