Ada has more than thirty years of experience in the field of dentistry, and states, “It has been such a fulfilling experience to be with Dr. Crystal Joyce as she has established a new dental practice. To see this amazing doctor and team evolve into this successful dental practice is truly amazing. It is such a joy to watch the office BLOOM!”

Ada’s extensive background and deep understanding of dental insurance intricacies ensure that your financial interactions with our practice are streamlined and stress-free. Her role is pivotal in helping you make the most of your benefits, providing clarity and assistance as you navigate the intricate world of insurance claims and coverage.  When Ada is not at work, she likes to paint with oil and acrylics. Her new challenge is painting on glass; however, her greatest joy is spending time with her wonderful family and friends.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Kim brings more than a decade of invaluable experience to our dental office. She began her career in dentistry in 1992 with the first owner of the practice, Dr. Cumbey.  As one of the friendly faces you'll encounter when you arrive, Kim's vibrant personality and unwavering professionalism set the tone for your visit. Her wealth of knowledge and attention to detail are evident as she guides you seamlessly through the check-in process, making sure you feel comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Kim's warm and bubbly demeanor creates an inviting atmosphere that immediately puts our patients at ease. Her genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional patient care shines through, making your experience with us not only efficient but also enjoyable. With Kim as your point of contact, you can trust that your concerns will be addressed, your questions answered, and your overall experience optimized. TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Heidy is one of our friendly faces at the front desk. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is ready to help with your billing and insurance questions or concerns. She is dedicated to helping patients with every step of their dental visit from making patients feel comfortable and scheduling their appointments, to processing their insurance claims. Heidy has been in dentistry for several years and enjoys the relationships cultivated. During her free time, she enjoys time with her family as well as spending time outdoors with her goats and chickens. 

MARKETING COORDINATOR 

Andrea is the creative force behind our marketing initiatives at Bloom Dental. Her ability to blend creativity with empathy creates a distinctive environment where our patients feel valued and understood. Andrea's dedication to enhancing patient experiences shines through in her efforts to make every interaction, whether in person or through our digital platforms, a positive and informative one. Andrea balances her role with Bloom Dental with another passion that is near and dear to her heart, which is Real Estate and helping her clients find their dream home. REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Jodie is our skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist who brings over a decade of experience to our team. Her commitment to oral health shines through every interaction. Her education and experience have equipped her with a profound understanding of oral health and hygiene, enabling her to provide top-notch care to our valued patients. Jodie’s gentle approach and meticulous attention to detail set the stage for a comfortable and effective dental experience. Her dedication to not only treating but also educating our patients empowers them to take control of their oral health. With her warm and welcoming demeanor, Jodie ensures that each visit to our practice is met with professionalism, understanding, and a genuine desire to improve your overall well-being. Morgan's warm and friendly nature makes her a favorite among our patients, as she not only brings her expertise to the dental chair but also spreads laughter and smiles throughout our office.
